In short
RRB Thiruvananthapuram has called 23 NTPC Graduate candidates for the third round of document verification on 16 November 2026, with the medical the next day. The block date for anyone who misses it is 30 November.
RRB Thiruvananthapuram has called 23 more candidates for document verification under CEN 05/2024, NTPC Graduate. This is the third DV round, and it's on 16 November 2026 at the RRB office in Thampanoor, Thiruvananthapuram. The notice is dated 3 November, and the PDF with the roll numbers is linked below.
There are two batches. Twelve candidates report at 10 am and eleven at 11:30 am. Find your roll number in the PDF to see which one you're in. The round 3 cut-off marks came out the same day, if you want to see where the line was drawn.
Before the day
RRB is sending SMS and email alerts to download the DV e-call letter, but don't wait for a message. These do get missed, so check the website yourself.
You also need to upload your documents on the RRB DV portal, oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv. Upload clear scans of all your documents, plus a colour scan of your photo and signature. The portal opens 10 days before the DV date and stays open till the DV day, so for 16 November that's roughly from the 6th. Don't leave it for the night before.
If your father's or mother's name is spelt differently in your application and in your certificates, get an affidavit made before a magistrate or notary, on stamp paper, saying it's the same person. Do this now. It's hard to arrange once you're already in Thiruvananthapuram.
What to carry
- All original documents, in English or Hindi
- Two sets of A4 photocopies, as listed in the CEN and your e-call letter
- Six colour passport-size photos, not more than a month old
- The candidate's foil of your e-call letters for CBT 1, CBT 2, CBAT and CBTST, whichever you took
Plan for four days or more
Your medical is the day after DV, at a nominated railway hospital, which may be in another city. RRB says to come ready to stay for more than four days, at your own cost. The medical fee is just Rs 24. If you need a test the railway hospital can't do, like a CT scan, an ultrasound or a check for past eye surgery, you may have to pay the outside lab or hospital for it.
There's a catch with the medical. If you don't meet the medical standard for the post you've been picked for, RRB will see if you fit any of your other preferred posts. When that happens, someone lower on the merit list can be pushed out, even after they've finished DV and the medical. So getting called doesn't mean you're through. Your final post depends on merit, your preferences, medical fitness and the vacancies.
If you can't make it on the 16th
The block date for candidates who miss their regular DV is 30 November 2026. Missing both means your candidature is rejected, and RRB won't hear any appeals.
For anything else, the RRB Thiruvananthapuram helpline is (0471) 2323357. Go only by the official websites, and don't trust anyone who says they can get you selected for money.
