RRB NTPC Graduate (CEN 06/2026): last date to apply extended to 8 November

07 Nov 2026 Official notice: 06 Nov 2026 2 min read NTPC Graduate · CEN 06/2026

In short

RRB has extended the closing date for NTPC Graduate (CEN 06/2026) applications from 6 to 8 November 2026, 11:59 pm. The fee deadline is still 8 November, so you now have to submit and pay by the same day.

RRB has given NTPC Graduate applicants two more days. Under Corrigendum-1 to CEN 06/2026, dated 6 November 2026, you can now submit the online form until 8 November 2026, 11:59 pm. The earlier deadline was 6 November. The PDF is linked below.

That's the only date that has moved. Everything else in the timeline stays as it was in the original notice.

The fee deadline didn't move with it

The last date to pay the fee was already 8 November, and it still is. So submitting and paying now fall on the same day. Your form only counts once the payment goes through, which means a form submitted at 11:50 pm on the 8th with the payment still pending is as good as not applied.

If you're filling it in today or tomorrow, do the payment straight after you submit. UPI and net banking can fail at night when everyone is trying at once, so aim to be done well before the evening of the 8th.

If you'd already submitted but not paid, nothing changes for you. You still have until 8 November to pay.

Correction window is the same

You can still fix mistakes in the form from 9 to 18 November, with the modification fee. The corrigendum repeats the same rule as before: anything you filled in "Create an Account" and the RRB you picked can't be changed. Check your name, date of birth, mobile number, email and RRB choice before you hit submit, because the correction window won't help with those.

One thing the corrigendum doesn't say

The original notice asked for your degree to be complete by 6 November 2026. This corrigendum only talks about the application dates and doesn't say whether that cut-off moves too. Until RRB says otherwise, go by 6 November. If you got your result after that date, don't assume the extension covers you.

Apply only on rrbapply.gov.in, and don't pay anyone who offers to fill or "fix" your form for you. The full CEN 06/2026 details are on the recruitment page.
