Applications for the 3,548 NTPC Graduate posts under CEN 06/2026 close at 11:59 pm on 6 November 2026. Here is what to keep ready, and the two choices you can't change later.
If you're planning to apply for RRB NTPC Graduate (CEN 06/2026) and haven't submitted the form yet, you have until tomorrow, 6 November 2026, 11:59 pm. There are 3,548 posts, and 2,750 of them are for Goods Train Manager. The full details and vacancy table are on the recruitment page.
Do it today if you can. RRB itself warns that the site can slow down in the last few days, and it won't accept any excuse if your form doesn't go through in time.
Keep these ready before you open the form
- Your 10th certificate. Name, date of birth and parents' names in the form must match it exactly.
- Your degree certificate or final marks memo. You must have passed already. If you're still waiting for your result, you can't apply.
- Your own mobile number and email. Once your account is made, you can't change either of them.
- Aadhaar, for verifying your identity and for the fee refund.
- A scan of your signature: black ink on white paper, in running handwriting, JPG, 30 to 49 KB.
- Your caste, OBC or EWS certificate number and date, if you're claiming reservation.
You'll take your photo live in the form, so sit against a plain white wall, wear something dark, and take off your glasses and cap.
Two choices you can't undo
You can apply to one RRB only, and you can't change it later, not even in the correction window. Pick the region you actually want to work in.
Think about the eyesight rule before you put Goods Train Manager first. It needs 6/9 vision in each eye without glasses, and it's closed to anyone who has had LASIK or other eye surgery. If you fail the medical, you won't be moved to another post.
After you submit
The form only counts once the fee is paid. You can pay until 8 November, but there's no reason to wait. If you notice a mistake later, the correction window runs from 9 to 18 November at ₹250 each time. It can't fix your account details or your chosen RRB.
Apply only through rrbapply.gov.in, the link RRB gives in the notice, and don't pay anyone who offers to fill the form or get you selected.
