RRB Mumbai NTPC Graduate (CEN 05/2024): final result for Categories 1, 3, 4 and 5, 429 selected

05 Nov 2026, 06:38 PM 4 min read

In short

RRB Mumbai has selected 429 candidates for Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor, Goods Train Manager, Junior Accounts Assistant and Senior Clerk under CEN 05/2024, with final cut-offs. 38 found medically unfit can appeal within a month.

RRB Mumbai has published the final result for the other four NTPC Graduate posts under CEN 05/2024: Categories 1, 3, 4 and 5. 429 candidates are provisionally selected for appointment across Central, Western and South Central Railway. The result is dated 5 November 2026 and comes with the final cut-off marks. The PDF is linked below.

The notice gives category numbers only. Going by CEN 05/2024, Category 1 is Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor, 3 is Goods Train Manager, 4 is Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist and 5 is Senior Clerk cum Typist. Station Master, Category 2, had its own result a day earlier. Here's that one.

Everyone on this list went through CBT 1 (5 to 24 June 2025), CBT 2 (13 October 2025), the typing test where it applied (28 December 2025), one of the two DV rounds in July or September 2026, and the medical.

How many were selected

Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor (Category 1): 108

  • Central Railway: 23
  • Western Railway: 82
  • South Central Railway: 3

Goods Train Manager (Category 3): 118

  • Central Railway: 84
  • Western Railway: 28
  • South Central Railway: 6

Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist (Category 4): 84

  • Central Railway: 26
  • Western Railway: 58

Senior Clerk cum Typist (Category 5): 119

  • Central Railway: 75
  • Western Railway: 42
  • South Central Railway: 2

There are no names or marks in the list, only roll numbers in ascending order under each railway and category. Open the PDF and search for your full roll number with Ctrl+F, or "Find in page" on your phone. If it doesn't turn up under the post you expected, keep searching, because the PDF also has four other lists.

If your number is in one of the other lists

Medical still pending (14 candidates). Your result is on hold until the medical process is finished. Nothing is decided yet.

Unfit or lower fit in the medical (38 candidates). You're not selected for now, but you can appeal. The appeal goes to the Principal Chief Medical Director of Central or Western Railway, through RRB Mumbai, and it has to be in within one month of this result. By my count that's around 5 December. The notice says the appeal format is attached, but it isn't in the PDF on the RRB website, so check with RRB Mumbai for the form instead of waiting till the last week.

Documents didn't meet the eligibility rules (7 candidates). Your candidature is cancelled.

Absent from DV or the medical (205 candidates). Your candidature is cancelled.

If you're selected

It isn't a job offer yet. The panel is provisional, and you'll still need to show your original certificates for education, age and community, and finish the administrative formalities. Your photo, signature, handwriting and other details will be checked against your application again before you join. The selection also depends on vacancies being there.

The offer of appointment comes from the Principal Chief Personnel Officer of the railway you're listed under, not from RRB Mumbai. If it turns out a selected candidate has been debarred by any RRB, the selection is cancelled, even after joining.

Final cut-off marks

These are the figures as on 5 November 2026. A dash or missing figure means the notice has none for that column.

The cut-off sheet also has Station Master figures. For CR they're UR 72.31151, SC 68.3852, ST 66.03031, OBC 71.67546, EWS 71.76046 and ExSM 40.90909. For SCR, UR 76.06613, SC 68.44814, ST 65.98546, OBC 75.12243, EWS 73.5997 and ExSM 50. For WR there's only an ST figure, 67.61364. The sheet's heading says "CEN 05/2025", but everything else in the notice is CEN 05/2024, so treat that as a typo.

The result is also on the notice board at RRB Mumbai. Selection is fully computerised and on merit, so don't believe anyone who says they can get your name onto the list for money.
