RRB Bilaspur has changed the posts given to eight NTPC Graduate candidates in part panel 1. Four candidates are dropped from the second DV round on 15 to 17 December, and four others are called in their place. Some cut-offs have changed too.
RRB Bilaspur has issued a corrigendum to its NTPC Graduate (CEN 05/2024) part panel 1 and second DV list, both of which came out on 29 October 2026. It changes the posts given to eight candidates. Because of that, four candidates are dropped from the second DV round and four others are called in their place. The corrigendum is dated 5 November 2026, and the PDF is linked below.

Eight candidates get a different post
RRB has re-matched these eight against their merit and the post preferences they gave. Their earlier allotment is cancelled and replaced by this one. Going by CEN 05/2024, Category 2 is Station Master and Category 3 is Goods Train Manager. CR is Central Railway and SECR is South East Central Railway.

Four candidates should not come for DV
This reshuffle pushed four candidates below the merit line for the second DV round. RRB has told them not to come for DV on 15 to 17 December:

The second round runs from 15 to 17 December 2026, and your exact date will come in your DV e-call letter. The block date for anyone who misses their slot is 29 December 2026. You have about a month, so start collecting your original certificates and getting photocopies made now.
Revised cut-offs
RRB has only published figures where the lowest mark actually changed. Where a category isn't listed, the cut-off from 29 October still holds.

Goods Train Manager cut-offs are CBT 2 marks out of 100. Station Master cut-offs are a combined score, 70% of CBT 2 plus 30% of the aptitude test (CBAT), so don't compare the two directly.
