In short
RRB Ahmedabad has opened the e-call letter download for ADV-5, its fifth additional DV round under CEN 03/2024. Log in with your registration number and date of birth to see your DV date and venue.
RRB Ahmedabad has opened the link to download e-call letters for ADV-5, the fifth additional document verification round under CEN 03/2024 (JE, DMS and CMA posts). The link went up on 6 November 2026, and you'll find it below.
If you were shortlisted for this round, the call letter is what tells you your DV date, reporting time and venue. RRB hasn't put those details in a separate notice, so download the letter rather than wait for an SMS.
How to log in
The login page asks for three things:
- Your registration number
- Your date of birth as the password, picked from the DD, MM and YYYY boxes (for example, 26 / 01 / 1990)
- The numbers shown in the captcha image
If you don't remember your registration number, sign in to rrbapply.gov.in with your usual credentials and you'll see it there. There's also a Forgot Password button on the login page.
If the login doesn't work
The portal has a helpline on 9513631459, open Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. Check that the date of birth you're entering matches the one in your application before you call.
Before you go for DV
Check your name, roll number, post and community on the letter as soon as you download it. Then read the instructions printed on it and put your documents together in the order it asks for. Take a few printouts, not just one.
This round is how RRB Ahmedabad fills the gaps left by candidates who were absent or rejected in earlier rounds. It said as much when it released additional list 5 a day earlier. If you weren't called this time, keep checking the RRB Ahmedabad website for later rounds.
Download the letter only from the official link. Ignore anyone who calls offering to get you into a DV round or onto a panel for money.
