In short
The city intimation link for the rescheduled ALP CBAT on 12 November is live. Log in with your registration number and date of birth to see your exam city. Call letters should follow around 8 November.
The city intimation link for the rescheduled ALP CBAT (CEN 01/2025) is now live. RRB put it up on 4 November 2026. This is for candidates writing the CBAT on 12 November, third shift, whether your test was postponed or you're one of those RRB has emailed to write again after the technical problems on 30 October.
How to log in
You need your registration number and your date of birth, which works as the password. Pick the day, month and year from the drop-downs, type the numbers from the captcha image, and log in.
If you don't have your registration number handy, log in at rrbapply.gov.in with your account details and you'll find it there. You can also look for it in your registered email.
The slip tells you which city your test is in. It isn't the call letter, so don't take it to the centre. Use it to book your travel now, because 12 November is only a week away.
SC/ST candidates can download the travel authority from the same link.
What comes next
RRB said in its 3 November notice that call letters come out 4 days before the exam, so expect yours around 8 November. If your CBAT was postponed, you also need the Vision Certificate in the Annexure VI A format, signed and sealed by an eye specialist. If you're rewriting because of the 30 October problems, you don't. The full details are in our earlier post.
If the link doesn't work for you, the helpdesk number on the login page is +91 7996342666, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm.
Download it only from the official link above, and don't trust anyone who promises to fix your result for money.
