In short
RRB Ahmedabad has empanelled 5 more Assistant Loco Pilot candidates for Western Railway in its 4 November list, taking the total under CEN 01/2024 to 944 across seven lists. All seven PDFs are linked here.
RRB Ahmedabad has put out one more part panel for Assistant Loco Pilot under CEN 01/2024, dated 4 November 2026. It's a small one: 5 candidates, three UR, one OBC and one EWS. Like every list before it, the names go to the General Manager of Western Railway in Churchgate, Mumbai, who issues the offer of appointment. The PDF is linked below.
That makes it the seventh list from RRB Ahmedabad for this CEN. Adding them all up, 944 candidates have been empanelled so far.

If you only checked the first result last December, go through the later ones too. Your roll number could be in any of them. Open each PDF and search for your full roll number with Ctrl+F, or "Find in page" on your phone.
Why there are so many lists
RRB explains it in every notice. Once a batch clears the medical, the panel goes out, and seats left empty by candidates who didn't turn up for DV or were rejected are filled by calling more people from the merit list for document verification. So each new list goes a little further down the merit order.
You can see that in the cut-offs printed on each list, though they've barely moved since December. The latest figure for SC and ST is from the October list, because the November list has nobody from those categories.
| Category | First panel (Dec 2025) | Latest figure |
|---|---|---|
| UR | 79.44220 | 79.41333 (Nov 2026) |
| OBC | 77.78157 | 76.91510 (Nov 2026) |
| EWS | 71.48830 | 69.98298 (Nov 2026) |
| SC | 73.67588 | 73.17412 (Oct 2026) |
| ST | 68.90780 | 67.86312 (Oct 2026) |
If your score is just under these numbers, there's still a chance. The latest notice again says the remaining vacancies will be filled as medical results come in and more candidates are called for DV. It doesn't say how many seats are still open or when the next list will come.
If your number is on a list
The selection is provisional. Western Railway will check all your original certificates again before you're appointed, and any mismatch with what you filled in your application can cost you the post. Keep your originals together and make sure the mobile number and email from your application still work.
Check updates only on the official RRB website, and don't trust anyone who says they can get you onto the next list for money.
